Beyond musical preservation, GMPA is deeply committed to service. Throughout its history, the Alliance has organized benefit concerts and donated proceeds to support nonprofits serving needy individuals. Past beneficiaries include:

MINISTRY OF MUSIC
GMPA proudly holds membership in the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses (NCGCC) and has made significant contributions to the organization since 2000. Its influence spans the tri-state area of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Notable GMPA musical entities include:
- The Philadelphia Fellowship Choir (PFC)—Established in 2017, this 150-voice choir brings together singers from across the region.
- In One Voice—A women’s chorus committed to advocating for causes that impact women’s lives.
- Music Cabinet Members—An ensemble of gifted musicians, directors, songwriters, and vocalists under the skilled direction of Musical Director Karen Hines.
Together, their work embodies Colossians 3:14 (KJV): “And above all these, put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.”
